In Collaboration with Vulture Magazine, CHARLES & KEITH Presents Headspace
Vulture Magazine is a Singapore-based quarterly publication that puts the spotlight on noteworthy personalities in contemporary culture, curating and reporting on the global zeitgeist. Gifted with a distinctively original and minimalist aesthetic, the magazine also owns a creative studio, which has an impressive portfolio of clients that includes 3.1 Phillip Lim and Agnes B.
For CHARLES & KEITH’s Summer 2018 collection, the brand collaborated with Vulture Magazine to present a new editorial titled ‘Headspace’. It was captured by London-based fashion photographer Paul Whitfield and videographer Sebastian Slayter against the backdrop of a rustic attic apartment.
The editorial explores the concept of space, both in our heads and in the external world. It looks into the creative state of mind that we find ourselves in as we set our imagination to work and create our own unique worlds.
Styled by Marina German – who has experience working with Vogue and L’Officiel – and modelled by Zokra, the featured ensembles are striking but simple, never drawing attention away from the rustic range by CHARLES & KEITH.
From eye-catching elliptical sling bags to chic stacked sandals, the rope detail is a recurring feature of the collection that signals summer’s arrival.
